The HT-DSCV3-TX and HT-DSCV3-RX from Atlona represent the cutting edge of USB 3.2 extension technology. Designed to meet the demands of modern connectivity, these extenders support the USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 standard, delivering lightning-fast 5 Gbit/s data transfer rates. They are fully backward compatible with USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1, ensuring seamless integration with both new and legacy devices.
Key to the USB family is its POH (Power over HDBT) module, which allows the extenders to be powered from just one side (either the transmitter or the receiver). This innovative feature simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional power supplies. The transmitter (TX) features a built-in PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) module, capable of delivering up to 90W of charging power via USB-C when connected to a local power source—perfect for powering laptops and other high-demand host devices.
