1. Acknowledgment and Priority
This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use and disclose your personal data when you visit or use www.neaudio.com.hk (the “Service”), or contact Us. If the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy conflict on the handling of personal data, this Privacy Policy prevails.

• Online orders : name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details (including PI number, product model and quantity) and transaction records. Payment card or other payment details are handled by the third-party payment provider.
• Enquiries, quotations and business purchases : name, company or organisation name, contact details, delivery location, and the content of your enquiry and related communications (including emails and WhatsApp messages).
• Exchange and after-sales requests : order details, a description of the issue, and any photos or video You provide.
• Pick-up : name, contact details and appointment time.
• Dispatch records : photos or video taken before shipment, mainly recording the condition and sealing of the Goods, which may include delivery labels.
• Website usage data : IP address, browser and device type, browsing records and cookies.

3. Purposes of Collection and Use
3.1 Purposes :
We collect personal data strictly to process orders and quotations, arrange logistics and handover, verify payments, provide after-sales service (including exchange requests), keep records, comply with legal requirements and handle legal claims.
3.2 Security checks :
To protect payment security and prevent unauthorized card usage, the Company reserves the right to conduct routine payment security checks for high-value or unusual transactions.
3.3 Legal compliance :
The Company strictly complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of Hong Kong Laws).

4. Voluntary Provision and Consequences of Not Providing Data
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, if You do not provide the data needed for an order (name, contact details and delivery address), We may be unable to process Your order or provide the related service.

5. Disclosure and Transfer of Data
You acknowledge and authorize that for the purposes above, We may disclose the necessary personal data to:
• third-party payment providers (to process payments and verify transactions);
• Carriers and logistics providers, including consolidation depot operators (for delivery and handover);
• suppliers or manufacturers (where needed to process orders, exchanges or testing);
• service providers who provide Us with website, email or IT services;
• legal advisers, government departments or authorities (where required by law or to protect Our legal interests).
These parties may be located outside Hong Kong, so your data may be transferred outside Hong Kong.

6. Retention of Data
Unless the law requires otherwise, We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes of collection.

Commercially reasonable security and encryption measures are applied to protect your data, and We do not store your full payment card details. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Access to and Correction of Personal Data
You have the right to request access to, and correction of, the personal data We hold about You. Please email the “Personal Data Privacy Officer” at info@neaudio.com.hk with your name and order details so We can verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by law, and may charge a reasonable fee for processing a data access request. You also have the right to find out the Company’s personal data policies and practices and the kinds of personal data it holds. We will comply with a data access request within 40 days of receiving it, or tell You within that period why We cannot.

9. Direct Marketing
We will not use your personal data for direct marketing, or provide it to others for their direct marketing, without your consent.

10. Cookies and Website Usage Data
The Service uses cookies or similar technologies to keep the shopping cart and the website working, and may use them to analyse how the website is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly as a result.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without separate notice. Amendments take effect when the updated policy is published on the Service.

12. Governing Law, Language and Severability

If the Chinese and English versions conflict or are ambiguous, the English version strictly prevails. 本《私隱政策》說明本公司在閣下造訪、使用 www.neaudio.com.hk（「本服務」）或與我們聯絡時，如何收集、使用及披露閣下之個人資料。若《服務條款》與本私隱政策就個人資料之處理有任何歧異，一律以本私隱政策為準。

• 查詢、報價及公司採購：姓名、公司或機構名稱、聯絡方法、送貨地點，以及查詢內容及相關通訊紀錄（包括電郵及 WhatsApp 訊息）。
• 換貨及售後申請：訂單資料、問題描述，以及閣下提供之照片或影片。
• 自取貨品：姓名、聯絡方法及預約時間。
• 出貨紀錄：出貨前拍攝之照片或影片，主要記錄貨品及封箱狀態，可能附帶送貨資料標籤。
• 網站使用資料：IP 地址、瀏覽器及裝置類型、瀏覽紀錄及 cookies。

3. 收集及使用目的
3.1 收集目的：
本公司收集之個人資料僅用於處理訂單及報價、安排物流配送及交收、支付核實、售後服務（包括換貨申請），以及保存紀錄、遵守法律規定及處理法律索償。
3.2 付款安全核對：
為保障網上交易安全，對於高金額或異常訂單，本公司保留進行常規付款安全核對之權利。
3.3 遵守法例：
本公司嚴格遵守香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第 486 章）。

4. 提供資料屬自願及不提供之後果
閣下提供個人資料屬自願性質。但訂購所需之資料（姓名、聯絡方法及送貨地址）如不提供，本公司可能無法處理閣下之訂單或提供相關服務。

未經閣下同意，本公司不會使用閣下之個人資料作直接促銷，亦不會將閣下之個人資料提供予他人作直接促銷之用。
