HOW TO ORDER | 如何購買

How to Order

Method 1 : Order Online

1. Choose your products: Browse the catalogue, select your items and quantities, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".

2. Review your order: Click the cart icon (top right) to check your items and quantities.

3. Enter details and pay: Provide your delivery details and confirm your order. You'll be redirected to a secure, encrypted payment page (Airwallex) to pay.

4. Payment verification and sourcing: Payment usually takes 1 to 3 business days to clear. Once it has, if your items need to be ordered from our suppliers, we'll notify you of the estimated arrival date by email or WhatsApp. Lead times vary by product.

5. Delivery or pick-up: When your goods are ready, we'll arrange courier delivery, or contact you to book a pick-up at our office/warehouse (please check the goods on collection).

Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and no refunds are given. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Payment & Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Method 2 :

Enquiries, Business Orders & Project Quotes
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email for:
General enquiries: stock, lead times, in-store purchases, and payment and delivery arrangements.
Business and institutional orders: formal quotations; government purchasing cards (P-Card) accepted. Please tell us your company name, product models and quantities, and delivery location. 

Projects : 
stage lighting and sound system design, fixed-venue audio installations, site visits and custom solutions. Project services are quoted separately in writing.

如何訂購

方式一：網上訂購

1. 選購商品：瀏覽產品目錄，選擇款式及數量，按「加入購物車」或「立即購買」。

2. 檢查訂單：點擊右上角購物車，核對商品及數量。

3. 填寫資料並付款：輸入收件人資料及送貨地址，確認訂單後，系統會轉至第三方加密支付平台付款。

4. 付款核實及訂貨：款項一般需 1 至 3 個工作日核實。核實後，如貨品需向供應商訂貨，我們會以電郵或 WhatsApp 通知你預計到貨日期。貨期視乎貨品而定。

5. 送貨或自取：貨品備妥後，我們會安排速遞，或通知你預約到門市／倉庫自取（請即場核對貨品）。

訂單一經確認及付款，不能取消或更改，亦不設退款。提交訂單即表示你已閱讀並同意《付款及退換政策》、《服務條款》及《私隱政策》。

方式二：

專人查詢、公司採購及工程報價
歡迎透過電話、WhatsApp 或電郵聯絡我們：
一般查詢：庫存、貨期、門市購買，以及付款及送貨安排。
公司及機構採購：索取正式報價單；可使用政府採購卡（P-Card）付款。查詢時請提供公司名稱、產品型號及數量、送貨地點。

工程項目
音響及舞台燈光設計、固定場地音響系統、現場視察及度身訂造方案。工程服務須另行書面報價。
